Jaggery
Jaggery, nature’s own sweetener, is a traditional whole cane sugar. It contains the natural goodness of minerals and vitamins inherently present in sugarcane juice & this crowns it as one of the most wholesome and healthy sugars in the world. It’s a concentrated product of Sugar Cane juice without separation of the molasses and crystals.
Jaggery making is a simple process comprising of crushing sugarcane for juice extraction, filtration, boiling of juice for concentration and then cooling and solidifying to give jaggery blocks or powders.
ADDITIVE FREE JAGGERY:
At no stage in the production process, are any chemical additives added. It is completely free from harmful chemicals like phosphoric acid, formic acid, sulphur dioxide, preservatives, or bleaching agents. This results in a health-friendly chemical-free sugar! Hence our Jaggery is pure and natural, i.e. it is free from chemicals and any type of additives.
Usage: Our Additive Free Jaggery is used as an ingredient in both sweet and savory dishes across India and in many more countries around the world
