• Canned Alphonso Mango pulp is extracted from sound mature and selected ripened Alphonso Mango fruits.
  • The process involves selection of ripe Alphonso mangoes, washing with disinfectant, tip cutting, final inspection of Fruits, Destoning, fine pulping, preheating, decantation or separation and passing through foreign matter control devices such as magnetic trap, Strainer, Metal detector, pasteurization and packed in A10 OTS cans.
  • The product is manufactured under stringent hygiene conditions throughout the process line and continuous monitoring by QA to comply with Quality and Food safety standards.

Packaging Canned   Alphonso Mango Pulp is packed in clean, tin – lined OTS cans fabricated to ensure quality. The cans   shall be externally lacquered sufficient to prevent rusting. The can size shall   be A -10 (603   x 700 mm)Six A -10 cans shall be packed in a carton. pre-sterilized aseptic bags placed with poly-liner in food-grade epoxy painted (inside) open-top MS drum.
