Add 40gm/1cup of pongal mix and cook in medium flame for 8 minutes

Samai Flakes, Rice Flakes, Moong Dal, t, Sugar, Roasted Sooji, Dehydrated Ginger Powder, dehydrated Green chili powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Seed, Dehydrated Curry leaves, Broken Pepper, Cashew nuts, Asafoetida powder, and Ghee.

Instant Millet Poha Mix
Cooking Instructions
Take 1 cup of poha mix
Add 3/4 cup of boiling water and stir well
Kept closed the lid for 3 minutes
Ingredients:
Flakes, Kuthiravali flakes, Bajra Flakes, Jowar akes, Thick rice flakes, Samai flakes, Salt, Sugar, dehydrated Green chili powder, Asafoetida powder, Turmeric powder, Onion flakes, Roasted Groundnut Lemon Salt, Oil, Cumin.
